I finally found a place that sells the individual flours and last night I made the bread receipe that i have in the one cookbook and it came out really goood. its more of a white bread then the one I buy at Trader Joes and I need to experiment with using fruit juice instead of all water to give it a bit of sweetness but overall it was good.
I've also gotten more comfortable with experimenting converting regular receipies to gfcf. I found a receipe for biscuits that are easy to make and only took a bit of tweeking to get right.
